For EdD, DBA, DNP & DSW candidates in revision

Your committee left 143 comments. DoctusHub sorts them in 90 seconds.

The revision platform built for EdD, DBA, DNP, and DSW candidates — not STEM PhDs. Upload your tracked-changes .docx, get a prioritized revision plan built around what your chair actually cares about.

The dissertation feedback problem

100 to 200 comments per draft. A chair and 2–4 committee members who don't always agree.

Doctoral candidates in applied programs receive committee feedback in scattered .docx files, tracked changes, email threads, and margin notes. Existing AI writing tools weren't built for this. They help you draft. They don't help you survive the revision loop that follows.

How it works

Upload. Cluster. Ship your revision plan.

1

Upload

Drop in your .docx with tracked changes and committee comments. No formatting cleanup required.

2

Cluster & prioritize

DoctusHub reads every comment, groups them by theme and chapter, and weights your chair's feedback more heavily than committee members'.

3

Ship your revision plan

Download an Excel plan with priority scoring, response tracking, and conflict flags for contradictory feedback. Get back to writing.

DoctusHub speaks the vocabulary your committee uses:

📘

Dissertation in Practice (DiP)

Founder note

Built mid-dissertation, at Pepperdine GSEP

Hi. I'm building DoctusHub while writing my own dissertation at Pepperdine GSEP. I received 108+ tracked comments on my proposal draft. I built the tool I needed. If you're mid-revision and drowning, the sorter is live — the first 100 candidates get the full feature set free through defense.

Frequently asked questions

Where does my dissertation actually live, and is it used to train AI models?
On the free sorter, your document is processed in memory only and never stored — it's deleted as soon as your export is downloaded. On paid plans, your dissertation and committee comments are stored privately in your account so you can return to them, and are never sold, shared, or used to train any AI model. When DoctusHub uses AI to help cluster or summarize feedback, it runs through enterprise API endpoints that contractually do not retain or train on your content.
Which citation styles do you support?
APA (6th & 7th), MLA, Chicago (notes-bibliography and author-date), Harvard, and IEEE. The feedback sorter is style-agnostic — it organizes your committee's comments regardless of the citation style your manuscript uses.
What file formats can I upload?
Word (.docx), PDF, Google Docs exports, and pasted plain text. You can also paste comments directly from tracked-changes documents and email threads.
What is your refund policy?
Candidate plans are month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. If something isn't right within the first 7 days of a paid month, email us and we'll refund it.
Do you offer a .edu / student discount?
Yes. Verified doctoral candidates with a .edu address get a standing discount on the Candidate plan, and the Free tier is always available with no card required.
Is DoctusHub an AI writer?
No. DoctusHub does not write your dissertation, generate citations, or check grammar. It organizes your committee's feedback — clustering comments by theme, chapter, and priority so you can plan and track your own revisions. Your voice, your work.
Does DoctusHub work for EdD, DBA, and DNP dissertations?
Yes — applied doctorates are exactly who we build for. EdD dissertation revision, DBA and DNP projects, EdLD and DSW capstones, and feedback-heavy social-science PhDs all follow the same committee-comment workflow DoctusHub is designed around.
